Who We Are
At Front Range Medical Associates, we know first hand, how many lives can be positively impacted with our wound care treatments, and we realize there is a substantial need for these services in the Colorado Area!
We are your one stop shop for all things wound care. We will find the best wound care partners for your patients needs based on the wound type, insurance, and the patients geographic location.
We assist in providing a variety of care options from basic wound care needs and dressings, up to the use of regenerative medicine, using grafts and high quality products.
To ensure your patients success in healing, we have partnered with many established, well known, and respected providers in the Colorado Area. We are also an affiliate of GTI Laboratories, which we feel gives us the support we need to ensure the best possible outcome for our patients!

Emily Snell - Founder, CEO
Emily is a Colorado Springs native and has been in the medical field locally for over 18 years; specifically working as a nurse since 2012 and primarily in the senior living industry.
After working as the Executive Director of a local community, Emily became very familiar with the need for proper wound care for patients and has made it a priority to ensure those services are available to patients in our local community!
When Emily isn’t working, she is raising her 3 boys with her husband Tim, enjoys family time and all things Christmas! 🎄
Nancy Giovanni - Community Liaison
Nancy has been a physical theraptist for 30 years and has over 10 years experience of medical sales. She considers herself a patient advocate and enjoys networking and finding solutions.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Caitlin Riccardino - Community Liaison
Caitlin is originally from Chicago and has been happily residing in Colorado for the past 8 years. Beginning at the age of 16, she has worked in the senior care industry for over 18 years in the capacity of short term rehabilitation, senior housing, hospice care, and most recently, wound care. She is an avid volunteer for the Alzheimer's Association in addition to recently being on the board of directors for the Tri-Lakes Senior Center. She is thrilled to be a part of Front Range Medical Associates' team as it brings an opportunity to better the lives of those around her. Her goal is to ensure you feel supported and are on the path to healing by working with the best provider to suit your wound care needs.
Katherine Sauerland - Patient Care Director
Katherine is originally from North Carolina, where she began working as an EMT. She has been in the Colorado medical industry for 15 years. Her background is in Paramedic work, and she believes that patient care and advocacy should always take priority. She enjoys helping people and making someone's bad day better! She believes communication is the foundation for building strong networks and partnerships within the community. You can find her occupying her time and having fun outside when she is not working. She has a large family that includes humans and many animals. Her family keeps her mind young and her heart full!
Beth Bisbee - Community Liaison
Beth is a native to Colorado Springs and has been in the Medical Administrative field for almost a decade.
She loves being busy on the weekends with friends and family and spends weeknights with her husband, Adam and two kids, Cydney and Christian.
Any time the weather is nice, Beth will find a way to be out in the sunshine!
