Reach out to us if you have an acute or chronic wound. One of our Community Liaisons will discuss wound treatment options with you.
Insurance Verification
Once we have determined what your needs are, we will need a picture of your ID and insurance cards sent to us. We will run your insurance through verification.
Initial Evaluation
After your insurance has been approved, we will pair you up with one of our excellent providers to come to you and perform an initial evaluation to determine the details of your treatment. Our coordinator will be reaching out to you to schedule your eval.
